London Broil Roast

Termed for a lean cut that can be marinated, cooked medium rare & sliced thinly.

Approximately 2-3 lbs. each. Priced per package.

My favorite way to prepare this is to completely thaw and season with a great dry rub.  Right now, we love Kinders Buttery Steakhouse rub!

Place in the oven at 500 degrees for about an hour or until you notice the juices flowing out and a nice crispy outer layer.  Take out and let rest.  Slice at the thickest part to note doneness. We like ours with some pink and I suggest not over cooking this cut.  If you feel it needs more time, let your oven cool down and set it for about 160 degrees. Place back in the oven for an additional half hour or until you feel it is ready.

Slice and serve over mashed potatoes!
