Upon submitting cut instructions, we'll receive a copy and will let you know when you can expect your order to be ready for pick-up, based on the option you choose on the form.

A quarter beef yields approximately 115 pounds of beef for your freezer, and would need 3-4 cubic feet of freezer storage.

*Final total is estimated based on average hanging weights. There may be a balance or a credit when your beef is ready for pick-up.
